Truth in Love. A great reminder from Seth Godin's blog regarding having people in your life that are willing to share the truth with you. We are in the dark unless someone is willing to be honest with us.
Truth in Love. I hope you have people in your life that do that for you, and that you are willing to do that as well for others. I don't know many people that look forward to, relish the opportunity, or feel comfortable having that sometimes honest but tough conversation with someone.
None the less, we have got to have them. Get comfortable feeling uncomfortable.
