Most everything we see or experience on the outside of anything is a byproduct of the inside.
For a building the outside often represents or provides a hint to what you may see inside. Sometimes the architect surprises us but for the most part if you are intrigued with the exterior of a building you are rarely let down when you get inside.
If you can sense the energy, vibrancy, and quality of a crowded restaurant while peering through the windows you are rarely unpleasantly surprised by the food and experience once you take a chance and venture in.
Looking into a canyon from afar that entices the senses has never disappointed once I've wandered in.
It should be no surprise then that how people experience "us" on the outside is a by product of the inside work that has taken place.
How is our inner work going? You really want to know? Just take the brave step of asking someone close to you how they feel you are doing on the "outside". How they feel about their experience when they experience You!
Inside... Outside.
